Spit don't rinse
Alert Alert!!
Your brushing method is wrong..WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! you must SPIT DON'T RINSE. Spit out the excess toothpaste in your mouth but DON'T RINSE IT!!
Why?
Coz: the toothpaste contains fluoride. Fluoride is good for your teeth because it helps in remineralisation of ur tooth structure (enamel) and may inhibit demineralisation. So if you rinse all the toothpaste, you wash away all the fluoride! All ang mo are taught not to rinse since they are 6! and FLUORIDE IS SAFE FOR INGESTION! no harm eating it... i am doing this every night.. the toothpaste acts as topical fluoride and is most effective when applied twice daily... applied here means APPLIED BUT NOT WASHED AWAY BY RINSING...SO...SPIT DON'T RINSE!!
However, if you feel not comfortable or have phobia that food debris might trapped in your mouth or what-so-ever, you can rinse your mouth, BUT, RE-APPLY THE TOOTHPASTE AND SWISH IT AROUND IN YOUR MOUTH. since im lazy ppl, i'll go for the first method -- Spit dun rinse! makes my toothbrushing so easy now coz i dun need to rinse...hahahahahaha
Queensland people, your water is not fluoridated!! other parts of Australia have!! so your water doesn't contain fluoride... hahahahahaha... malaysia also have no fluoridated water though... no wonder i have so many fillings LOL

Seems u guys all finish ur mid year exam earlier than me when i m not even started???
